About the Host Sarah
I have been passionate about fresh pasta for over 5 years.
For me, making pasta by hand is much more than a cooking skill, it's a form of meditation. When your hands touch the dough, something shifts. You forget your worries. You become fully present, focused only on the flour, the eggs, the rhythm of kneading.
There is something deeply healing in that connection between your hands and the simplest ingredients. I believe that pasta carries memory, it has been passed down from generation to generation, from grandmother to grandchild, from one table to another.
When I teach, I don't just share a recipe. I share a tradition, a feeling, a moment of pure presence.
