In this 1.5-hour class, learn to make traditional pappardelle entirely by hand — no machines, just the old-fashioned way, exactly as Italian grandmothers have done for generations. Enjoy a tasting of your homemade pasta, along with 2 glasses of prosecco and 2 glasses of wine. Perfect for everyone — families with young children are very welcome. Kids will love using fun dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters to create their own pasta. The class takes place in a charming authentic restaurant overlooking the canal, with a beautiful outdoor terrace in the heart of Livorno's most picturesque neighborhood. All dietary requirements are considered upon request. About the host Sarah: I have been passionate about fresh pasta for over 5 years.
