In this 1.5-hour class, learn to make traditional pappardelle entirely by hand, no machines, just the old-fashioned way, exactly as Italian grandmothers have done for generations.

Perfect for everyone, families with young children are very welcome. Kids will love using fun dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters to create their own pasta.

THE BEST THING WE DID IN ALL TUSCANY
And we almost missed it! It was a grey, drizzly afternoon in Livorno and we were debating how to spend it when we stumbled upon Sarah's pasta making class. Best. Decision. Ever. From the moment we walked in, Sarah made us feel like old friends. Warm, funny, and endlessly patient - she has a true gift for making complete beginners feel like they've been rolling pasta dough their whole lives. My husband and I were laughing, flour-dusted, and completely absorbed from start to finish. Sarah's teaching style is the perfect blend of authentic Italian technique and genuine encouragement. By the end, we'd made fresh pasta with our own hands and honestly couldn't believe how incredible it tasted. If you're visiting Livorno and looking for something hands-on, memorable, and genuinely fun - do not skip this class. You'll be talking about it for years.

A MUST DO ACTIVITY IN LIVORNO!!
My boyfriend and I did this class and had the best time! We made all the pasta from scratch and it was AMAZING!! Sarah, the host, was so kind and helpful. The environment was warm and accommodating. As a picky eater, they were able to accommodate my special requests and gave us multiple glasses of wine to enjoy! Would 100% recommend if you are in the area and love cooking!
